Terms of Service for Beyondtoday

Beyondtoday may be used only for lawful business purposes. Users must not use Beyondtoday to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, interfere with service security, or misuse connected third-party services.

Users and workspace administrators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of workspace data, customer data, legal matter data, documents, email content, calendar content, and other information they upload, create, sync, or send through Beyondtoday.

Users must keep account credentials secure and must have authority to access and process the data they add to Beyondtoday.

Google, Microsoft 365, SMTP, and forwarded-mail intake are optional. Users and workspace administrators must have authority to connect the relevant account or route the relevant mailbox to Beyondtoday.

If a workspace administrator enables forwarding, the selected mailbox or forwarding provider may process message content, metadata, and attachments before delivery to the Beyondtoday forwarding endpoint. Enable that route only after confirming the provider terms and required processor/DPA documentation.

If a user disconnects a Google or Microsoft integration, revokes account access, or stops using the configured forwarding route, related Beyondtoday features may stop syncing, sending, or ingesting data until the connection or forwarding rule is restored.

Exact Online and Wolters Kluwer Twinfield integrations are optional and may be enabled only by administrators who have authority to connect the relevant provider account and process accounting data for the selected workspace/administratie.

Before connector enablement, Beyondtoday can require a versioned acknowledgement of the provider disclosure. That acknowledgement is recorded in a durable ledger with actor, admin role, timestamp, provider, notice/legal-copy version, route metadata, and workspace/administratie context for auditability.

Acknowledging the disclosure does not itself connect a provider, rotate credentials, or trigger live provider API calls. Live accounting-provider use remains subject to configured credentials, provider terms, and the current public Privacy Policy.

Beyondtoday may suspend or restrict access if there is abuse, a security risk, unlawful use, a policy violation, or activity that could harm Beyondtoday, users, connected providers, or third parties.

Beyondtoday is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the service evolves, as operational needs require, or as third-party provider requirements change.

Users retain ownership of their content. Users grant Beyondtoday the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service and the selected user-facing features.
