Terms of Service for Beyondtoday

Beyondtoday may be used only for lawful business purposes. Users must not use Beyondtoday to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, interfere with service security, or misuse connected third-party services.

Users and workspace administrators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of workspace data, customer data, legal matter data, documents, email content, calendar content, and other information they upload, create, sync, or send through Beyondtoday.

Users must keep account credentials secure and must have authority to access and process the data they add to Beyondtoday.

Google integrations are optional and require user consent. Users must have authority to connect the relevant Google account, Gmail mailbox, or Google Calendar to Beyondtoday.

If a user disconnects a Google integration or revokes access from their Google Account, related Beyondtoday features may stop syncing or sending data until the integration is reconnected.

Beyondtoday may suspend or restrict access if there is abuse, a security risk, unlawful use, a policy violation, or activity that could harm Beyondtoday, users, connected providers, or third parties.

Beyondtoday is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the service evolves, as operational needs require, or as third-party provider requirements change.

Users retain ownership of their content. Users grant Beyondtoday the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service and the selected user-facing features.

Beyondtoday's handling of personal data and Google API data is described in the Privacy Policy.
